Ingredients:
-125g fresh cabbage
-1 lemon
-25g celery
-250g fresh pears
-a piece of ginger (2cm long)
-500ml water
-10g peppermint

Preparation:
Chop pears, cabbage, celery and ginger into small pieces, put them in a blander a pour a glass of water. Than blend the mixture well. After mixing add a lemon juice, the rest of the water and the mint. Blend it again and serve it in a glass cup. Consume it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
